vOneCloud SUPPORT BEING TRANSFERRED TO OpenNebula COMMUNITY FORUM AND ENTERPRISE PORTAL
From 15 March 2020 the community support for the vOneCloud appliance will be provided through the OpenNebula support forum at forum.opennebula.io (VMware category), and from 1 May 2020 the commercial support will be provided through the OpenNebula enterprise portal at OpenNebula.pro. OpenNebula Systems strongly recommends that you move from vOneCloud 3.4.1 to OpenNebula 5.10.3 to avoid a situation where you need service or support that is no longer available. Existing customers should have received an email from their Account Manager with the instructions and our support to help in the migration process.
Welcome to the vOneCloud Support Portal managed by OpenNebula Systems.
This Portal incorporates three sections:
- Knowledge Base about vOneCloud Product is an open section where we will keep you updated about releases and publish articles with tips and tricks.
- Community is an open section with a forum where you can ask questions, answer other users questions, request new features... Anyone can view the topics, but only signed-in users can create new questions, answer open questions or comment.
- Submit a Request is a private section only for active commercial subscribers where you can submit incidents and receive technical assistance according to the contracted SLA.
The Official Documentation of vOneCloud is available at docs.vOneCloud.com.
Commercial Support Subscriptions bring, at a highly competitive price, professional support with privacy and commercial SLAs for unlimited number of servers, cores, VMs, memory and incidents, and sutomatic updates when a new version of vOneCloud is released. Please visit the this page for information about the available Support Plans.
If you are building a large-scale cloud, are interested in the federation of multiple controller instances or hybrid cloud computing, or want to integrate with third party components, customize the product or manage open source hypervisors, we recommend an installation of OpenNebula with the vCenter drivers.
